In Austin's vibrant Rosewood neighborhood, this project transforms a narrow, sloped lot into a dynamic contemporary oasis where design and sustainability work in harmony. Custom-welded steel retaining walls and stair treads provide structure and flow, while lightweight rooftop planters filled with cold-hardy cacti bring striking greenery to all three balconies. Every detail reflects a seamless integration of the client's aesthetic with the surrounding environment.
