Drawing from the client's childhood in tropical Asia, this landscape merges lush, tropical-style planting with Texas-adapted species to create a personal and functional retreat. Palms, ferns, climbing vines, and a special lime tree for culinary use bring warmth and meaning to the design, while a flagstone path invites movement through front yard and back. A large rainwater collection system feeds the irrigation, grounding the garden in sustainability as much as beauty.
