In Allendale, this project transforms a new construction site into a series of inviting entertaining spaces that honor the home's reimagined mid-century architecture. Crème Lueders pavers connect interior rooms to an elegant rear patio, while a xeriscape front yard of ornamental grasses, yucca, and aloe brings drama and low-water practicality to the street-facing facade. A freestanding privacy screen and steel front planter complete the design with both intimacy and curb appeal.
